Position: Key Account & Distribution Manager for Spirits / Alcohol Beverages
Location: Germany

Our client is a globally active producer of premium spirits, combining traditional vodka expertise with modern innovations. With exports to more than 40 countries, the company is expanding its presence in Europe and other international markets. To support this growth, our client is looking for a Key Account & Distribution Manager to build and scale distribution partnerships across the region.

Certified under ISO standards and awarded in multiple markets, the brand stands for innovation and craftsmanship in the spirits industry. The successful candidate will be an entrepreneurial sales professional with established distributor and retail contacts.

100% remote work and a generous commission make the position an outstanding opportunity for any entrepreneurial minded sales person with relevant experience.

Tasks
  • Build and expand relationships with distributors and retail chains in Europe
  • Drive the full sales cycle — from first contact to signed contract
  • Negotiate terms and secure new distribution agreements
  • Identify and onboard new import and retail partners
  • Provide market insights and support expansion into new regions
Requirements
  • Strong network in the beverage / FMCG sector, ideally alcohol distributors and retail chains
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Independent, proactive, and organized
  • English working proficiency; additional languages welcome
