** San Diego, CA (Remote – managing CA/HI portfolio for bulk fuel)
** Join World Fuel and help power the future of Business Aviation.
** We’re looking for a dynamic
** Sr. FBO Account Executive
** to lead our California and Hawaii portfolio, driving growth and delivering exceptional value to our customers in the bulk fuel and aviation sectors.
** Compensation**: $100k - $110k salary plus bonuses
** What You’ll Do
*** Manage and grow a portfolio of business aviation customers across CA and HI.
* Lead competitive negotiations, pricing strategies, and account development to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
* Translate complex supply chain and pricing dynamics into clear, actionable guidance for customers and internal sales teams.
* Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution and long-term partnerships.
* Represent World Fuel at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
** What We’re Looking For**
* *
* Experience:

** 8–10 years in bulk fuel, aviation fuel supply, or business aviation sales with direct customer-facing responsibility.
* ** Sales & Market Knowledge:
** Deep understanding of aviation fuel supply chain fundamentals, index-based pricing, terminal sourcing, haul logistics, and competitive positioning.
* *
* Skills:

** Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to coach and guide teams with a positive, constructive approach.
* ** Technical:
** Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with AI tools.
* ** Travel:
** Willingness to travel extensively across regions for customer visits, trade shows, and team development.
