About the Role

As an Insurance Sales Agent at Radler Insurance Group, you will help grow a top-performing local Allstate agency by engaging new prospects, delivering trusted guidance, and building long-term relationships in our community. You’ll use your insurance knowledge, sales skills, and customer-first mindset to educate clients, present coverage options, and provide the value and peace of mind our agency is known for.

This is a high-energy, relationship-driven role designed for someone who loves helping people and thrives in a competitive, supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals through new business generation and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers
  • Identify and qualify incoming leads from multiple sources, including agency marketing, internet leads, referrals, and outbound activities
  • Educate prospective customers on available products, coverage options, and the value of proper protection
  • Conduct professional insurance reviews to uncover gaps, recommend solutions, and build trust
  • Provide a positive customer experience with fast, clear, and friendly communication
  • Maintain accurate records, follow up consistently, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and skill-building opportunities
Qualifications
  • Active Personal Lines and/or Property & Casualty license required (or willingness to obtain—agency may assist)
  • Previous sales experience preferred (insurance, financial services, retail, or phone sales all welcome)
  • Confident, motivated, and driven to win in a competitive environment
  • Strong communication skills — professional, persuasive, and customer-focused
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow through consistently
  • Coachable attitude with a growth mindset and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable working with metrics, goals, and daily activity expectations
