Business Development, Client Relationship Manager
As the Client Engagement Coordinator, you will help Reusser build strong, lasting relationships with the partners and clients who trust us. This role serves as a bridge between inside sales, client outreach, and partnership development—supporting both new business activity and the ongoing engagement of our active and legacy clients.
You will own our CRM systems, drive meaningful touchpoints with clients, and support workshops and events. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations (Rev Ops), you will play a key role in ensuring our sales processes remain thoughtful, accurate, and service-first.
ResponsibilitiesClient Outreach & Engagement
Re-engage inactive and legacy clients through annual outreach, check-ins, and tailored communication.
Gauge client needs and warm relationships ahead of formal sales conversations.
Identify any risk of non-renewal and route information to the appropriate Account Manager or Director of Delivery.
Invite clients and contacts to upcoming workshops, webinars, and learning opportunities.
Handle early-stage qualification on inbound leads and conduct preliminary discovery calls to determine fit.
Support pricing and quoting requests from internal teams, following all documentation and sign-off procedures.
Generate proposals and SOWs for smaller or standard projects when needed.
Partnership Development
Actively grow and support our strategic partnerships
Track partner attribution, performance, and engagement within our CRM
Promote partnership offerings internally to ensure team alignment and awareness.
CRM Ownership & Governance
Own CRM governance, ensuring data quality, consistency, and process alignment.
Maintain fields, workflows, and pipelines to keep the system clean and usable for all teams.
Conduct regular audits of pipeline hygiene, client records, and sales activity.
Produce clear reports and dashboards to support decision-making for leadership.
Workshops & Events
Support pre-event outreach, RSVP management, and post-event CRM updates.
Serve as an on-site representative at events to meet clients, capture interest signals, and ensure prompt follow-up.

Experience Requirements2+ years of experience in inside sales, outreach, or partnership development, preferably in a digital agency environment.
Technical proficiency with CRMs, including managing workflows, properties, and reporting.
Proven ability to handle early-stage lead qualification and conduct discovery calls.
Experience in partnership management or community engagement is a plus.
