Pay Details
  • Starting base salary is $45 000 with opportunity for growth.
  • Average earnings range from $55 000‑$75 000 through a combination of base salary and generous commission.
  • Top performers in their second year and onward can earn up to $85k+.
Locations

Available for candidates based in the following states:
North Carolina, New Jersey, South Carolina, Indiana, Massachusetts, and West Virginia. Applicants must reside within these specified locations to be considered for this role.

Job Details

As an Inside Sales Agent you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult customers on their insurance needs, and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.

Position Details
  • Training: 16 weeks for licensed hires, 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
  • Medical benefits from Day 1.
  • No cold calls; all incoming warm leads.
  • Opportunities for rewards and recognition.
  • Schedule:

    4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start (e.g., 11 am‑8 pm CST) for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.
  • All computer equipment is provided. Work‑at‑home requirements: professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk and wired high‑speed internet (minimum 100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload). Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported.
Qualifications
  • 2‑3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years sales/service‑related work experience required.
  • Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
  • Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
  • Excellent analytical, decision‑making and organizational skills.
  • Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
  • Property and Casualty license required after hire.
