Salesperson, Sales Representative

Role Description

Flo-Rite Fluids uses rare-earth magnets to help treat paraffin and scale in the oil and gas industry mechanically.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson based in Killdeer, ND, with some work-from-home flexibility. Must be able to travel North Dakota, Montana, and Wyoming. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating new leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, preparing and presenting sales proposals, and negotiating contracts. Additional responsibilities include staying up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and market demands to meet and exceed sales targets.

Regular collaboration with the internal team and reporting on sales metrics are also required.

• Proven experience in sales, account management, and customer relationship management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and decision-making abilities to assess customer needs and business opportunities
• Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and time management skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
• Flexibility to travel locally to meet clients, combined with the ability to effectively work remotely
• Previous experience in the oil and gas industry
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
