- 3+ years of proven software and/or hardware sales experience, preferably in the auto dealership sector
- 1+ years of outside field sales experience
- Successful track record of accountability for personal and team results
- Strong ability to engage with clients and understand their needs
- Experience in selling to auto dealerships
- Demonstrated ability to leverage automation tools for prospecting and closing deals
- Background in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
