We are a high-performing local Allstate agency seeking driven, licensed insurance producers who want a performance-based sales role with base salary, uncapped commission, and daily leads provided.
This role is ideal for sales professionals who thrive in a goal-driven, structured, and accountable environment.
Key Responsibilities- Sell auto, home, and bundled insurance policies
- Generate new business using agency-provided leads
- Cross-sell and upsell existing insurance customers
- Conduct needs-based insurance sales conversations
- Maintain follow-up, pipeline activity, and sales documentation
- Meet or exceed monthly insurance sales goals
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- Prior insurance sales experience preferred
- Strong phone sales and closing ability
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment
- $60,000–$80,000 typical annual earnings
- Top producers earn $100,000+
- Base salary + uncapped commission
