Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Advocate, based in Fort Myers, FL, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Sales Advocate serves as a key relationship builder and client guide, representing Miniopolis’ smart starter and luxury home offerings from initial inquiry through contract execution.

Responsibilities

Engage prospective clients, manage and advance leads, maintain consistent follow-up, educate clients on building options and construction systems, coordinate communications across internal teams, attend and host networking or industry events, and contribute to sales strategies that drive growth and brand visibility.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a relationship-first mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability in sales, lead management, and follow-up execution.
  • Highly organized with excellent note-taking, time management, and CRM discipline.
  • Independent, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative without micromanagement.
  • Confident networker who enjoys attending and hosting events.
  • Positive, personable, and emotionally intelligent with strong listening skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment while managing responsibilities independently.
  • Experience in real estate, construction, or luxury sales is a plus.
  • Proven track record of building relationships and achieving sales or growth targets.
