As an Inside Sales Representative at Liberty Mutual, you’ll have the tools, training and support you need to succeed from day one. Our Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available for candidates based in the state of Louisiana. Applicants must reside within the specified location to be considered for this role.
Position DetailsFrom day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, paid training also includes licensing.
- Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

- Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time (example 11am-8pm, CST). This schedule is expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.
- All computer equipment is provided. Work-at-home requirements include a professional workspace with a dedicated desk and wired high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported.
- 2-3 years sales experience preferred. 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
- Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
- Property and Casualty License required after hire.
Pay Philosophy:
The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range reflects the competitive labor market value and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow within the role. Some roles may include commission and/or bonus earnings as per the compensation plan.
