What You’ll Do:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating and converting leads into customers.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our Fintech products and services, effectively communicating their value propositions to clients.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategies to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Ensure the sales team complies with industry regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with customer success and support teams to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and retention.
- Manage the sales budget, allocating resources efficiently.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their performance.
- Partner closely with product development teams:
Develop in depth understanding of our Products and stay up to date with the developments. Effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients. At the same time analyze complex situation and provide valuable insights and recommendation based on your strong product knowledge.
