Position: *MARCH START* Inbound Sales Center Insurance Agent, Personal Lines

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive insurance solutions to clients
  • Evaluate risk and confidently ask for the sale while overcoming objections
  • Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain all state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as applicable
  • Collaborate effectively with team members while working independently
Qualifications

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience, with comfort in negotiating and overcoming objections
  • Experience in insurance, retail, or banking preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus
  • Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must have a distraction-free environment for a customer-facing role
  • High-speed broadband cable internet service with specified upload/download speeds
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a sales role within the insurance industry
  • Familiarity with customer service best practices
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and new technologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
