• Salary: $32,500 to $37,500 Annual Salary Plus Commission
• Salary Plus up to 12% Commission on Gross Profit
• Expected 1st year income to be estimated at $55,000 plus

Full Time

Schedule:

40 hrs/wk during hours of operation (Mon-Fri, 7:50AM-6PM Eastern Time)

• Make 150 to 200 outbound calls to businesses using our CRM
• Qualify Businesses to confirm requirements are met for shipping
• Generate rate quotes while educating businesses about our freight services
• Meet individual and team sales goals
• Follow phone scripting to ensure compliance
• Record responses and call outcomes in our CRM

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, call center or inside sales experience preferred
• A strong hunger for financial success
• Being a self-starter with an business owners spirit and a need to exceed goals

• Resilient and the ability to professionally handle rejection and upset customers
• Self-discipline and time management skills to successfully work from home
