• Provide coverage consultation on small business lines, including Business Owner's Policy, Workers Compensation, and more

• Manage desk tasks while ensuring timely outcomes for customers
• Deliver excellent customer service and insurance solutions tailored to business needs

• Active commercial Property & Casualty license is mandatory
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Property & Casualty or Personal Lines
• Call center experience is valued
• Strong sales acumen and ability to negotiate effectively
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills

• Competitive nature with a strong desire to succeed
• Demonstrated time, organizational, and desk management skills in a fast‑paced environment
• High‑speed broadband internet service meeting specified requirements
