- Navigate computerized systems for tracking and processing transactions
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of one (1) year of sales-related experience
- Minimum of one (1) year of call center and/or insurance experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license, or willingness to obtain one
- Strong analytical, listening, problem-solving, and negotiating skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks with shifting deadlines
