This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist based in Jacksonville, FL, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing potential clients, presenting tailored roofing solutions, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets. Additional responsibilities include maintaining relationships with current clients, providing exceptional customer service, and staying informed about the latest roofing products, services, and certifications offered by Paradigm Roof + Shield.

• Proven experience in sales, customer relationship management, and building new client networks
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a customer-focused approach
• Knowledge of residential and commercial roofing systems and familiarity with manufacturers like Conklin, Gerard, GAF/ELK, Brava, Owens Corning, Elevate and Certain Teed is preferred
• Ability to meet sales targets, provide tailored solutions, and effectively close sales
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with digital tools, CRM software (Acculynx) and basic computer literacy
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client meeting
• Experience estimating residential and commercial roofing applications is a plus
