Closets by Design is seeking Sales Designers who can bring both style and functionality to our clients’ homes.

As a Closets by Design Designer
, you’ll visit clients’ homes
, assess their space, and design custom storage solutions that are both beautiful and practical. You’ll have the freedom to think outside the box
, design on the fly, and turn a client’s vision into reality.

This is a commission-based role. We offer pre-set appointments with new and repeat clients — no cold calling required. You have the potential to earn even more if you are motivated to also generate your own leads in addition to the pre-set appointments, but this is not required.

• Opportunity to advance to Senior Sales Designer with increased pay and bonuses.
• Flexible, hybrid schedule—work mostly from home and close to your community (must live within 2 hours of Tallahassee, FL).
• Paid sales and design training plus ongoing mentorship.
• Pre-set appointments with new and repeat clients—no cold calling.
• Work close to home with an open-door policy with your Sales Manager.

• Meet clients at their homes with all leads and marketing materials provided.
• Build rapport and understand clients’ organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities and recommend creative solutions.
• Use your design skills and our products to create functional, beautiful spaces.
• Follow sales training and apply your communication skills to help clients achieve their dream home.

• No degree, certification, or prior sales experience required.
• Must be coachable and eager to learn.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete 16-week paid sales training.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Willing to travel up to two hours to serve customers throughout our territory.
