Position Details

Our Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available for candidates based in the states of Missouri, Wisconsin, Iowa, and Kansas. Applicants must reside within these specified locations to be considered for this role.

As an Inside Sales Agent you will be handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.

Training & Compensation
  • Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
  • Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1.
  • No cold calls; all incoming warm leads.
  • Opportunities for rewards and recognition.
  • Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start time (e.g., 11 am‑8 pm CST). This schedule can be expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.
  • All computer equipment is provided. You must maintain a professional workspace with a dedicated desk, wired high‑speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Liberty Mutual does not support satellite or mobile internet service.
Qualifications
  • 2‑3 years sales experience preferred. 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
  • Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
  • Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
  • Excellent analytical, decision‑making and organizational skills.
  • Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
  • Property and Casualty License required after hire.
