Outside Sales Representative

If you’re an outgoing, honest sales professional with an understanding of digital marketing and PR and are looking to join an incredible team of marketers helping clients build brand loyalty, you’re in the right place! Fidelitas is looking for two Outside Sales Representatives to join our team to help forge relationships with new clients. While Fidelitas has offices in San Diego and Boulder and our Outside Sales Teammates are welcome to join us from time to time, this job is primarily remote.

• Build relationships with key executives on target accounts
• Drive revenue to Fidelitas by offering to companies digital marketing, eCommerce, and PR services
• Assist with lead generation activities, including research, live events, and webinars
• Manage the sales process including meetings, analysis, strategy, negotiating, closing, and advising during execution
• Collaborate with teammates across Sales, Strategy, and Management
• Evangelize our brand and its commitment to brand loyalty and showing clients a tangible ROI on their marketing investments
• Report directly to the Business Development Director

• Has 3+ years of digital and traditional advertising sales experience
• Understands advertising, digital marketing, and PR
• Is able to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Exhibits a strong desire to learn and contribute in a team-oriented environment
• Has strong communication and presentation skills

Please note that this position is non-salaried as teammates are anticipated to make $75,000-$125,000 annually through commissions. We offer a lucrative commission structure:

• 20% of any Initial Retainer Invoice + 10% of Recurring Revenue
