The Mission:Sales Meets Purpose
We are looking for a high-performance sales professional with a high EQ. You will be the very first voice a prospective patient hears. Your goal is to take warm leads (people who are interested but anxious) and give them the confidence to book their treatment.
You aren't selling a product; you are selling the next step in their journey to parenthood.
Your roleProactive Lead Management:
You call leads generated via Meta and Google immediately. You don’t wait for them to chase you; you are the driver of the processConsultative Closing:
You listen to their story, validate their pain, and pitch the Ovom approach as the solution. Your KPI is conversion to paid patient.Financial
Education:
High-quality IVF is an investment. You must be comfortable discussing costs ($5k-$15k+), explaining payment options, and reframing "price" into "value and success rates."Pipeline Mastery:
Not everyone buys on day one. You meticulously follow up, nurturing the relationship until the patient is ready to commit.
A Proven Performer:
You have 2-3+ years of experience in B2C sales (Healthcare, EdTech, Real Estate, or similar). You have a track record of hitting targetsFertility
Experience:
You understand the fertility process through your own experience or you have worked in fertility before.Bonus:
Experience as a fertility nurse or coordinator
High EQ & High Drive:
You have the "hunter" mentality of a salesperson but the empathy of a counselor. You know how to be firm yet kindMaster Communicator:
You can explain complex medical and financial concepts simply. You inspire trust over the phone.Bonus:
German, Spanish, Portuguese or similar language fluency!

You handle objections (price, timing, fear) with grace and confidence. You don't take "no" personally; you take it as a challenge to solve.
