• Make outbound calls to policyholders, prospects, and customers, building rapport and identifying tailored insurance solutions
• Conduct needs-based discovery conversations to offer appropriate solutions, submit applications, and close sales
• Handle inquiries, objections, and challenges professionally to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Stay informed on policy provisions, rates, and marketing campaigns to effectively meet customer needs
• Achieve and surpass established sales targets by following best practices and continuously improving techniques

• Must obtain and maintain life, health, and accident insurance licenses within the first 90 days of employment
• Experience in sales environments with strong customer interaction and communication skills
• Regular and predictable attendance with flexibility to adjust to various schedules
• Proficient computer skills, comfortable multitasking with software, and troubleshooting equipment for remote work
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Currently possess insurance licenses in Life and Health
• Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed monthly performance targets in an outbound sales position
• Prior insurance sales experience with a deep understanding of insurance products and policy language
