Position: *BILINGUAL* Inbound Sales Center Insurance Agent, Personal Lines

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide comprehensive insurance solutions for personal auto and home insurance
  • Evaluate risk and confidently ask for the sale while overcoming objections
  • Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day in a customer-facing role
  • Maintain all required state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as applicable
  • Participate in a fixed schedule for at least the first year of employment to ensure consistency
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bilingual Spanish-English skillset required
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience, with a focus on negotiating and overcoming objections
  • Sales experience in insurance, retail, or banking is highly preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus
  • Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High-speed broadband internet service with specified speed requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing role that requires full attention in a distraction-free environment
  • Familiarity with metrics-driven, pay-for-performance sales environments
