We’re on the hunt for a Federal Enterprise Account Executive who can spearhead our sales and business development efforts. Your mission is to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and selling Ideagen
S SaaS solutions to the Federal government and critical infrastructure sectors. Are you a highly skilled sales professional with a deep understanding of the Federal government market? - Strategic Sales Planning:
Craft and execute a world-class sales strategy to smash targets within the U.S. Federal government and critical infrastructure sectors. - Lead Generation & Deal Closure:
Seek out high-potential prospects and manage the full sales cycle from lead gen to deal closure. - Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture rock-solid relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. - Needs Analysis & Presentations:
Conduct thorough client needs assessments and deliver tailored SaaS solutions through compelling demos and presentations. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Team up with marketing, product, and customer success to align sales efforts with campaigns, market demands, and customer satisfaction. - Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
Maintain CRM data, track pipeline activities, and provide regular forecasts and performance reports. - Ongoing Learning & Development:
Stay sharp by keeping up with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies; participate in training programs to enhance sales and product knowledge. - Industry Expertise:
Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, challenges, and opportunities in the Federal government space.
- B2B Sales
Experience:
Federal sales, enterprise, Department of Defence and business development. - Proven Sales Performance: A track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets, especially with SaaS solutions.
- Industry Knowledge:
Deep understanding of the federal government framework, operations, and contracting. - Communication & Presentation
Skills:
Ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively. - Negotiation & Sales Approach:
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a consultative sales approach. - Technical Proficiency:
Experience with CRM software and sales tools like Salesforce and MEDDPICC.
