As a Regional Sales Manager, you will drive revenue growth by building strong relationships with aircraft owners, operators, management companies, and industry partners within your assigned region. Focused on the business aviation MRO market, you will promote maintenance, repair, overhaul, and specialized service solutions that keep aircraft performing at their best. In this role, you ll identify new opportunities, develop strategic account plans, and guide customers through the full maintenance sales cycle—from initial inquiry to proposal, contract, and post‑service follow‑up.
Working closely with Operations, Planning, and Customer Service teams, you will ensure customers receive tailored maintenance solutions, competitive proposals, and an exceptional service experience. This position is ideal for a proactive, relationship‑driven sales professional who understands aircraft maintenance and thrives in a fast‑moving, customer‑centric environment.
Primary Responsibilities- Drive revenue growth by promoting maintenance, repair, overhaul, and service solutions to business aviation operators, owners, and management companies.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans that expand market presence and strengthen long‑term customer relationships.
- Identify new sales opportunities through prospecting, industry networking, lead follow‑up, and ongoing market analysis.
- Conduct on‑site customer visits to understand aircraft maintenance needs and recommend tailored MRO service packages.
- Lead the full sales cycle—from initial inquiry through proposal, negotiation, and contract execution—ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Planning, and Customer Service teams to develop accurate quotes, maintenance plans, and service timelines.
- Maintain a deep understanding of competitive offerings, market trends, and customer challenges within the business aviation MRO sector.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements to build visibility and strengthen partnerships.
- Track and report sales activity, pipeline development, and regional performance metrics using CRM tools.
- Champion the customer experience by ensuring clear communication, follow‑through, and post‑service support that drives repeat business and referrals.
- Existing network of aircraft owners, management companies, pilots, and maintenance leaders in the business aviation sector.
- Experience supporting heavy maintenance, avionics upgrades, interior refurbishments, or component repair sales.
- Understanding of FAA regulations, aircraft operational requirements, and maintenance planning fundamentals.
- Prior experience collaborating with operations teams to prepare quotes, proposals, and maintenance plans.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess customer fleet needs, usage trends, and service demand.
- Demonstrated success representing organizations at NBAA, regional aviation conferences, or industry trade shows.
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Aviation Management, or related field preferred; or equivalent industry experience
