Residential HVAC Sales/ Comfort Advisor

Compensation: $120,000 – $200,000 per year (USD)
Balance Point Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented Sales Person to perform the outside sales of residential heating, air conditioning, and indoor comfort systems. This is a salary/commission based position with a weekly minimum salary. In addition to salary, full benefits and an above‑average sales commission rate are provided. You will be able to use your skills toward furthering your professional career while contributing to the organizational growth of the firm.

Duties & Responsibilities- Perform outside sales of residential heating, air‑conditioning, and indoor comfort systems.
- Act on company generated leads, in addition to the employee’s self‑generated leads.
- Effectively communicate sold jobs to the company installation crews.
- Align installation crews to prepare for the jobs sold while checking in with the customer.
- Complete all necessary paperwork in relation to estimates, jobs sold, sales meetings, and related tasks.
- Assist in any miscellaneous company tasks as needed.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Flexible Work Hours (Not all leads available during normal business hours)
- Previous Sales Experience dealing directly with customers (in‑home)
- HVAC Knowledge Preferred (Training will be provided)
- Proficient Computer Skills (Microsoft Suite, and use of internal software systems required)
- Ability to work 8 am‑5 pm with evenings and weekends, if needed
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Well organized with the ability to work independently
