Upsell Sales Coordinator

The company is recruiting a talented, ambitious, smart, motivated and detail oriented Upsell Sales Coordinator to join our sales team. The role will drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalising on upsell opportunities within the existing customer base. The position requires working in a small team with excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach and a keen eye for detail.

• Identify Upsell Opportunities:
  Analyse customer data to identify potential upsell opportunities and develop strategies to capitalise on them.
• Customer Support:
  Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive customer experience and address any concerns related to upsell offers.
• Performance Tracking:
  Monitor and report on the performance of upsell initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

We expect that great candidates will be able to show experience and success in several of the following areas:

• Self-motivated and results driven.
• Proven experience in sales, customer service or similar role.
• Ability to analyse data and identify trends.

• You think strategically and have delivered meaningful growth.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• £35,000 base salary, plus commission OTE £45k
• Commissions are uncapped.

• We don’t mind where in the UK you are based. We’ve become adept at remote work, but this role also has a presence at our UK hub in Eastbourne. You should be available in person once a month, and travel costs for these visits will be covered.
