- Collaborate with existing leads and actively prospect for new opportunities within the defined territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Advisors, Attorneys, CPAs, and other intermediaries to drive sales growth.
- Conduct thorough consultations with potential clients to understand their retirement plan needs and demonstrate the value of our TPA services.
- Leverage your technical expertise in ERISA matters to provide consultative guidance and ensure client plans are compliant and optimized.
- Articulate complex retirement plan concepts in a clear and persuasive manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with the internal team to tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of clients within the target market of $0 - $100M+ in assets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotes to potential clients.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience within the retirement services industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of ERISA regulations and retirement plan structures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work effectively in a remote environment. Goal setter and a go-getter!
- Willingness to travel up to 25% overnight within the defined territory.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- Existing network within the financial services or retirement planning space is a plus.
