REMOTE Licensed Commercial Insurance​/Inbound Sales Consultant

• Handle inbound phone calls on warm leads, pre-qualifying and classifying applicants while providing coverage consultation
• Consult on various small business insurance coverages including Business Owner's Policy (BOP), Workers Compensation, and Commercial Auto
• Collaborate effectively as part of a high-performing sales team
• Manage desk and deliver timely outcomes to customers with a customer-focused approach
• Partner with the Inside Sales Underwriting team on complex risks to write profitable business

• Active commercial Property & Casualty license is required
• Minimum of 2+ years of recent Property & Casualty or Personal Lines experience
• Call center experience is valued
• Strong sales acumen with excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage time and multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Competitive nature with a strong desire to win
• Experience in negotiating and selling complex messages
• Proven organizational skills and desk management abilities
