What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage customers through multiple remote channels to promote brand messaging and product sales
- Manage daily sales call activity to influence customers and increase product volume
- Conduct face-to-face meetings regionally 4-6 times per year as needed
- Maintain call productivity and metrics while adhering to program requirements
- Create and implement business plans to meet territory and business sales goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales
- Ability to travel within the Western U.S. for face-to-face healthcare professional interactions 4-6 times per year
- Experience managing multiple priorities effectively
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical virtual sales
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong rapport-building and active listening skills
- Familiarity with virtual platforms and Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated success in overcoming sales obstacles
