We are looking for a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. The candidate should be able to bring valuable know-how on finding new clients and closing deals quickly.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify and target potential clients in the IT industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Negotiate and close deals efficiently
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies
- Monitor and report on sales performance and KPIs
- Proven experience in IT Sales
- Previous experience working in companies like Hays, Qperior, Solcom, or similar
- Excellent communication skills in German (C1) and English (C1)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
