Position: Sales Executive Partner, Small Law

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Promote and sell Westlaw, Practical Law, and CoCounsel products through outbound calls to new and existing small law firm customers
  • Manage inbound leads and prospect for new opportunities using consultative and solution-based sales techniques
  • Achieve and exceed personal sales goals through effective negotiations and product offerings
  • Demonstrate online products using web-based tools during pre-sales calls
  • Gather and log sales data and client interactions in the Salesforce CRM system accurately
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful sales quota attainment experience
  • Experience in a prospecting/cold calling environment
  • Strong sales process and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in pipeline management within a CRM environment, preferably
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • College degree in business, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, particularly in negotiation with customers
  • Experience and familiarity with legal technology and services
