• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of curriculum needs for K-12 teachers and librarians
• Proven record of consistent sales and goal achievement performance
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and colleagues
• Comfortable discussing instructional strategies and educational trends with educators and administrators

• Proven track record selling into K–12 schools or districts
• Prior experience as an educator, librarian, instructional coach, or in curriculum development
• Technology proficiency and ability to discuss online access and technology's impact on the classroom
• Skilled in constructing a strong sales pipeline and validating leads
• Aptitude for operating in a changing environment with innovative solutions
