Protection Advisor

Protection Adviser – Central London Hybrid working Basic salary  uncapped monthly commission (up to 45%) OTE £45k - £75k This role is ideal for experienced protection advisers with a background in selling life insurance, critical illness cover and income protection. The Role Your day will focus on advising clients on life, critical illness and income protection policies. You will speak with clients to understand their needs, recommend suitable options and guide them through the full application process. You will manage your own pipeline, carry out follow-ups, and ensure all advice remains compliant and clearly documented. Working within a hybrid structure, you will spend part of your time in the central London office and part working from home.

Commission is calculated monthly based on bankings, giving you visibility over your performance and earnings throughout the year.
