About Our Client
Our client is a rapidly scaling UK-based Prop Tech platform that connects self-builders, developers, and architects with trusted suppliers and data-driven tools to simplify and modernise home design and construction. With strong momentum across the UK and Europe, they are building a high-performance offshore sales team to accelerate their growth.
The Role:
Prospecting Agent
This role is focused on generating and qualifying leads for a subscription-based sales platform. Youll be part of a small offshore sales team, engaging prospects, booking calls, and helping to convert leads into paying clients. The position is performance-driven, with high achievers eligible for full-time employment and long-term career growth within global sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in sales, lead generation, or business development
- Identify and qualify target companies across construction-related sectors
- Conduct lead research using Linked In, Google, and industry databases
- Send a minimum of 200 outbound messages weekly (email + Linked In)
- Generate 30 qualified leads and book at least 5 discovery calls per week
- Maintain CRM accuracy (Hub Spot, Apollo, Full enrich) and report on metrics
- Follow up with all leads to ensure conversions, renewals, and upsells
- Help close a minimum of 5 new clients per month, plus quarterly enterprise sales
About You
- 3–5 years B2B subscription or SaaS sales experience, ideally in international markets
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Confident using tools like Hub Spot, Apollo, Linked In Sales Navigator
- Familiar with outbound email systems and sales funnels
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
- Reliable, organised, and detail-oriented
- Capable of remote work and performance tracking
