This role serves as the linchpin in the sales organization, facilitating communication between internal teams and external customers, optimizing processes, and maintaining organized records.

This position reports to the Sr. Key Account Manager and allows you the flexibility to work from your home office or is based out of our Irvine office.
As the Sales Specialist you will have an opportunity to:- Provide administrative support to Key Account Managers in the action sports industry.
- Assist in managing and organizing sales-related documentation and reports.
- Coordinate communication between internal teams and external clients.
- Monitor and track sales orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in preparing presentations and sales materials for key account meetings.
- Handle inquiries and requests from key accounts in a prompt and professional manner.
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate sales events such as seasonal sales meetings, retailer events, and ad hoc sales team travel.
- Ensure timely follow up on tasks and due dates.
- High School Diploma
- Previous experience in a sales support or coordinator role
- Familiarity with the action sports industry, particularly in apparel, motocross, and mountain bike gear.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Annual Salary: $68,000.00 - $75,000.00
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
