Overview
Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in managing and servicing a diverse portfolio of accounts while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of independently managing client relationships and delivering outstanding results. Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 for Account Managers; $80,000 - $110,000 for Senior Account Managers (commensurate with experience).

Flexible work environment with optional remote work on Mondays and Fridays. In-office presence required Tuesday through Thursday. - Travel:
Occasional travel to visit local clients.
- Independently manage and service a portfolio of accounts across various industries and sizes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
- Handle both new and renewal business quotes, providing tailored solutions to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Participate in client meetings, both virtually and on-site, as required.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience independently managing a book of business in a client-facing role.
- Proven ability to handle accounts of varying sizes and industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Familiarity with quoting new and renewal business.
- Ability to travel locally as needed.
