- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years leading and managing a new business development sales team
- At least 7 years of sales experience in the software or information services industry, with a focus on healthcare
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage complex sales cycles
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management software (e.g., )
- Previous experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales
- Strong track record of selling into the hospital market
- Familiarity with Miller Heiman sales training
- Experience demonstrating and selling complex IT solutions
- Desire to contribute to improving healthcare through technology
