Canonical is founder‑led, profitable, and growing. We are expanding our sales and field engineering teams globally, including our sales development representative (SDR) teams. Our SDRs are typically outstanding graduates from STEM fields who wish to launch a sales career at Canonical.
SDR Team Manager– Role Overview
We are hiring SDR Team Managers to run new inbound and outbound teams. Your primary objective is to manage and mentor a successful team of 2–10 SDRs/BDRs, and maintain a multi‑million‑dollar pipeline. You will develop outstanding sales professionals with high integrity, empathy, and a rigorous work ethic, and you will continually improve the skills and culture of your team. The role also involves exploring innovative outbound approaches in response to market changes and ensuring the long‑term growth of both your own skills and those of the team.
