We are seeking a highly motivated and outgoing Outside Sales Insurance Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business through face‑to‑face interactions, networking events, referrals, and community outreach. This is an excellent opportunity for a self‑starter who thrives in a relationship‑driven environment and is looking to build a rewarding career in the insurance industry.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, door‑to‑door sales, networking, and referrals
• Conduct in‑person meetings with potential clients to assess their insurance needs
• Present and sell a variety of personal and commercial insurance products (auto, home, life, etc.)
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects and follow up consistently
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain long‑term client relationships
• Stay up to date on industry trends and carrier products
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

• Previous sales experience preferred, especially in insurance, financial services, or similar industries
• Active Property & Casualty (and/or Life & Health) insurance license, or willingness to obtain
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and competitive mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Comfortable with technology, CRM systems, and mobile tools
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
