• Salary up to $136,680, with a target mix of base salary plus commission

• Promote the employer's Animal Nutrition brand through strategic partnerships with local store management
• Conduct regular store visits to build relationships and support premium product sales
• Act as the primary communication link between field teams and internal departments
• Develop strategic partnerships with key customer leaders to facilitate training and growth activities
• Collaborate with peers and Customer Development Managers to ensure alignment and execution of sales strategies

• Bachelor’s Degree in Ag or related business field (e.g., Animal Science/Nutrition, Ag Business)
• 2+ years of successful sales and/or nutritional experience
• Proven ability to create and maintain positive relationships with accounts
• Strong financial and analytical acumen with experience in sales data analysis
• Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight travel (75%)

• Experience in a consultative sales role within the agriculture or animal nutrition industry
• Creative thinking skills to develop innovative ideas and strategies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and virtual tools
• Strong general management skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
