- Call center experience
- Personal Insurance and/or Small Commercial Insurance experience
- Strong organizational, time management, and computer skills
- Goal-oriented and metric-focused mindset
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking) skills
- Experience in a sales environment or previous sales roles
