Brief overview of this role at Sitemate:

The Sales Development Representative is responsible for qualifying and routing inbound leads across four channels: self‑service, inside sales, phone calls, emails, live chat and internal tools such as Slack and Salesforce. Success is measured by the number of product demonstrations booked and completed, with a strong track record of the team consistently meeting or exceeding monthly targets.

Employment:

  • Salary:
    • OTE Remuneration: £41,250 to £60,500 (incl. Pension)
    • Base Salary: £27,500 to £38,500
    • Commission: £13,750 to £22,000

🔧 Day‑to‑Day
  • You will be qualifying and routing inbound leads through two channels: self‑service and inside sales.
  • You’ll be spending most of your time with prospects across phone calls, emails, and live chat on our website, as well as internal tools like Slack and Salesforce.
  • Your quota is measured by the number of demonstrations booked and completed at the subsequent stage of the process. Our current team in this role have achieved >=95% of their targets each month since starting.
⚡ Challenges
  • Learning about the built world if you haven’t had any exposure to it – there are a lot of different types of companies and plenty of new terminologies to learn.
  • Up‑skilling your call/phone and email skills – although we have plenty of examples for you to learn from during your onboarding.
