What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage a high volume of outreach to generate demand and uncover qualified buyers
  • Utilize various tools to create and nurture opportunities across product lines and buyer stages
  • Identify decision‑makers and understand their buying processes
  • Determine prospects' business needs and effectively present Pay Simple’s payment services as solutions
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Leadership to increase the number of qualified sales opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 1 year of BDR/SDR experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and telephone sales skills
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to follow processes rigorously and independently
  • Proficient computer skills for documentation and research (Outlook, Office, etc.)
  • Understanding of how to manage a sales pipeline
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience using Salesforce is a plus
  • Proven ability to provide and receive constructive feedback and adapt accordingly
