We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist for a full-time, hybrid role based in Palo Alto, CA, with partial remote work flexibility. This role involves daily engagement with clients to identify and address their needs, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building long-term customer relationships. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, driving customer outreach, managing sales pipelines, and delivering product presentations and training sessions.

Collaboration with marketing teams will be essential to execute campaigns, analyze market trends, and achieve company goals.

• Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to engage and support clients effectively.
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management, including creating strategies, meeting targets, and managing pipelines.
• Ability to deliver impactful Training sessions to customers and internal teams.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing platforms is a plus.
• Capacity to adapt to a hybrid work environment with on-site and remote responsibilities.
