Field Sales Robotics –C Commission Only During Probation, after passing the probation period a Base Salary + Commission – United Kingdom (Remote)

The role We’re looking for Field Sales Representatives to sell our market‑leading automation solutions to businesses in hospitality, logistics, and industry. You’ll be meeting clients face‑to‑face, showing them how our products solve real‑world problems, and closing high‑value deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and visit potential clients: restaurants, hotels, warehouses, and more
  • Demonstrate how our robotics increase efficiency and reduce labour costs
  • Manage your own leads and drive your sales pipeline
  • Close sales and earn generous commission on each deal
  • Build lasting relationships to drive repeat business and referrals

The person

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in sales or business development
  • Experience with Hub Spot and Apollo.io is essential.
  • Is confident generating and closing their own leads
  • Communicates clearly and enjoys face‑to‑face selling
  • Works well independently and stays motivated
  • Has an interest in tech or automation (we’ll train you on the products)
  • Holds a UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
