We've got your back with total support to help you close leads — 7 days a week, nights, and weekends. Our crew has the experience and knowledge to close deals and help you dominate.

This is a remote position.

• You must do "whatever it takes" to smash your goals and demonstrate knowledge of the mortgage game, with grit to stick it out.
• Dial 30, 40, or 100 calls per day as needed.
• Visit open houses as part of lead generation (5 on a weekend, or more as needed).
• Grind beyond traditional hours to close deals and meet performance targets.

• High energy, relationship-building skills, coachable mindset.
• Ability to source and cultivate your own leads from a vast network.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as part of an aggressive sales role.
• Mortgage knowledge or willingness to learn quickly.
