• Lead sales efforts across all 3M products/portfolios in the collision repair segment
• Implement sales programs, plans, and policies in collaboration with your supervisor
• Determine priorities and call patterns to optimize effectiveness and productivity
• Support various campaigns and initiatives from headquarters and regional zones
• Create business plans for end users and provide tailored solutions

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution with two (2) years of sales and/or Automotive Aftermarket industry experience, or a High School Diploma with six (6) years of relevant sales experience
• Current and valid driver’s license
• Proven experience in sales within a private, public, government, or military environment

• Bachelor’s degree in financial acumen or a related field
• Technical expertise and knowledge of the automotive repair industry
• Experience working with digital solutions like inventory management or insurance
• Background as a manufacturing sales professional or in distribution sales
• Familiarity with  or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
