We are seeking talented outbound web sales representatives for our remote Orkin Customer Contact Center. Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Must be available to attend training Mon–Fri from 9am–6pm EST.

Responsibilities- Provide outbound web sales and world-class customer service to our customers from a remote home office.
- Build rapport and handle objections within a conversational call flow; close pest control sales via the telephone and schedule the initial service.
- Work remotely from home; ensure internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps upload / 20 Mbps download) and we provide the computer and equipment.
- Support field offices during peak season (starting February).
- Manage customer relationships, identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
- Use gamification methods to measure performance.
- High School/GED
- 2+ years of telesales experience with proven quota attainment
- 2+ years of cold-calling/telemarketing
- Ability to make 100+ dials per day
- Strong PC skills and ability to navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers
- We comply with applicable laws in hiring practices
- Appropriate private workspace free of distractions; suitable desk, chair and lighting
- Minimum internet: 50 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload; hard-wired connection preferred
