Integrity Personal Insurance in McKinney, Texas is looking for a Full‑Time Personal Lines Insurance Sales Representative. Texas candidates only. As an insurance sales representative, you will be responsible for prospecting new clients, creating quotes, rounding out client accounts, building relationships with your clients, and obtaining referrals. - Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Prospect for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold‑calling, and lead databases.
- Present and explain insurance policy options based on prospective client needs and personal goals.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, and be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable.
- A Property and Casualty Insurance License is required.
- 1–3 years prior sales experience preferred.
- A team player with a positive attitude who is goal‑oriented and driven to succeed.
- Detail‑oriented self‑starter with the ability to prioritize tasks.
