Overview

This is a full-time remote position for a Salesperson at C & J Construction LLC. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building and maintaining relationships, and driving sales growth. The role involves presenting and promoting company services, negotiating contracts, ensuring client satisfaction, and meeting sales targets. Additional responsibilities include understanding the company’s offerings and market, as well as collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Identify potential clients and develop sales strategies to drive growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Present and promote company services; negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and accurately capture client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
  • Understand the company’s offerings and market to inform sales approaches.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to understand client requirements, and provide tailored solutions, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience in the construction or related industries would be highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic knowledge of sales-related technology tools.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional travel, as required to meet client needs.
